VOLTRON MALAYSIA SDN BHD 199901006307 (481207-H)Breaking Bicycle Barriers

VOLTRON Malaysia Sdn Bhd 199901006307 (481207-H) was incorporated on April 14, 1999 as a maintenance-free acid battery manufacturing company for electric motors, electric bicycles, motorcycles, solar power usage, UPS systems, and alarm systems among many others.
Under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Tan You Soon, the company then evolved into a green business in 2009 through cooperation with Modenas that led to the signing of an Early Vendor Involvement (EVI) for Voltron to manufacture the first electric motorcycle in Malaysia.

With its solid expertise in the technical fields and the commitment to R&D, Voltron also became the first local manufacturer to successfully produce an Electric Pedal Assisted Bicycle (EPAB). Nonetheless, the company’s successes are also contributed by Tan’s 30 years of experience in the fields of automotive, motorcycles, solar, and electric vehicle battery manufacturing.
